Essentials of Pregnancy Nutrition is a a fun, tasty and informative workshop covering all the major components of an optimal pregnancy diet.
Most people don't realize that the pregnant body has to increase its blood volume by about 50% in order to remain healthy as well as nourish the growing baby. We will talk about HOW we can help facilitate this process (and many others that keep the baby and pregnant mom healthy) by going through a typical day of eating in pregnancy. You will get hands on practice, lots of time to ask questions, and a sample shopping list to help guide you.
